Choices of Life Production

We have been practising for weeks, setting up the microphones and wireless headsets... number 570 or 580. It took up all of the morning tea. We practised this for five weeks.

Now that it is all over, we have to pack up and wait till next year and have more fun... lots more.

I think calm but then think what am I saying? I have butterflies in my weak stomach 

I begin to question myself . am I over reacting I probably am.

I should just calm down.i'm being stupid. no I moan I don't wanna do it

gymnastics

today I went to gym sport and used the volt and the floor routine           I was really nervous i felt butterfly's fluttering around in my stomach I did not want to go

hamilton gardens

Today we went to Hamilton gardens as a class and  talked to two of the gardeners. At the renewable backyard garden we talked to Jeff he's the gardener there. I found out that tiger worms don't compost plants. they help break down green material quickly and easily.

the treaty of waiting is what we were learning about last term

we went to the Pirogia  museum and took a look at some old photos

and stuff😶 I learnt lots of interesting things About  history and that
nz is a mining country and they dug for coal

Integrity Games

Ready, steady go. "Weeeee!" They ran across the tiny field like a bunch of rabbits in spring, except they were robbers running to the shop with cops trying to catch them. It was so funny to see their little legs running like mad.😁 I was trying not to laugh my head off. One of the kids got caught and that made my day. I really enjoyed it and so did the little kids🌚.

bike time this year

This year we brought our bikes to school and played a few games
like the box game.The box game was a game where
you ride around on your bike in a circle and try not to
put your foot down.We also played turtle race
the turtle race is a race where you have to go as slow as
you can an I was very bad at it I went way to fast and came 
last sadly . My chain flew loose, my bike went out of control
and I fell off, anyway I enjoyed my bike time!!!!

Term 2 Inquiry Art

In Term 2, Room 7 have been learning about the Moon and it's relationship with the Earth and the Sun. Here is our colourful art we created using pastels.

Tawa Team Raglan Beach Trip

Tawa Team had a wonderful day trip to Raglan beach. Jack and his group completed the beach relay and had a lot of fun. Jack used the key competency of Participating and Contributing by accepting responsibility as an individual and as a group member. He also demonstrated the competency of Relating to Others when he worked cooperatively with his group and was considerate of their thoughts and feelings.
